Key Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Senior Application Engineers to work within the Customer Solutions team where you will get to deliver high-quality deployments of GVW Technology Partner’s Enterprise Science Platform-ESP software to customers. They focus on developing software for integrating with external hardware and software, developing customer-specific ESP plugins, and managing the deployment process.

➢ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with Field Application Scientists to translate customer requirements into functional product configurations.
  • Integrate product with lab equipment and other devices and third-party software.
  • Develop new product plug-ins (Python and JavaScript) to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage software deployment configurations for on-premises and cloud-based deployments
  • Write automated tests for customer deployments
  • Troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Develop tools and infrastructure to accelerate deployment timelines, such as helping improve GVW’s Technology Partner’s standard content library and SDK.

➢ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with a minimum 2+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing software applications (specifically web applications)
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience administering Linux systems, including setting up networking, shared file systems, remote access, and firewalls
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as computer science or software engineering
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with computational modeling of real-world processes.
  • Familiar with Tornado, scientific Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).
  • Familiar with high-performance computing environments (Slurm, LSF, etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage sample requests from Analytical Development (AD) Project manager, Analytical Development Technical Owner or Analytical Development Small Molecule Method Development in close co- operation with Pharma companies.
  • Handle all logistical needs to ship necessary samples from Global Sites to the companies Mumbai on-site (India) & ensuring on-time delivery and Vice-versa.
  • Agree on due dates and obtain commitment from involved functions/sites.
  • Check with site if (import / export) license is needed for WW distribution.
  • Day-to-day follow up with site contacts on license and sample shipment.
  • Ensuring proper documentation related to sample shipment, proper labeling and storage of samples after receipt.
  • Ensuring up to date sample inventory as per the procedure and packing/repacking of samples for shipment, wherever applicable
  • Ensure all shipments are compliant with predefined product requirements, company standards and country guidelines.
  • Responsible for coordinating with Purchase requestor and procurement support team and provide support for purchase and / or receipt of goods/services.
  • Handling temperature excursions during shipping in a compliant way per the Pharma Company procedures.
  • Upward status reporting to Project Manager, Analytical Development Technical Owner or Analytical Development Small Molecule Method Development and help with issue management as needed.
  • Participate in lessons learned sessions to continuously improve the Company’s sample flows / roadmap.
  • Assist with development of SOPs, presentations / training sessions.

Skills Required

  • Ability to work independently (with very minimal supervision)
  • Handle multiple & complex tasks in an organized and productive manner
  • Must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management
  • Team player – Co-operate across functions, business units and geographical boundaries
  • Good communication skills (intercultural & interdisciplinary communication). Knowledge of English Language, both written and spoken is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible to provide analytical support for the developmental projects/comparative dissolution projects received from other Client sites.
  • Responsible to be an interface with contract laboratories, suppliers, customers and peers to define and improve project performance and expectations.

The primary responsibilities of this position are:

  • Sales & Networking
    • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, events / conferences / trade show participation and other sales activities

      • Supporting the Sales Team in its marketing, sales and brand building activities
      • Conducting Research on Leads generated during Sales efforts or any other market research for New Service Development
      • Overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns in support of events attended by the Sales Managers and Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, ensuring automation and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML/AI engineers to ensure smooth integration of models into production environments.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, reliability, and scalability of models once deployed.
  • Automate workflows for model training, evaluation, and deployment to ensure efficient pipelines.

❖ SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • 3+ years of experience in MLOps, focusing on deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production using CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Ubuntu and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to serverless architecture and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of Cyber Security policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with applicable laws, common security frameworks and leading practices.
  • Conduct audits, identify and report the non-conformities to stakeholders.
  • Participate in development of training curriculum, conduct security awareness campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Review and revise security policy and standards at a regular cadence.
  • Determine the appropriate levels of controls to safeguard sensitive data and validate those controls are being implemented.
  • Working across the organization to put in place monitoring of compliance with the required standards.
  • Conduct gap assessments and facilitate the management of compliance programs including ISO 27001, PCI, FedRAMP, SOC1, SOC2, etc.
  • Carries out risk assessment within a defined functional or technical area of business.
  • Uses consistent processes for identifying potential risk events, quantifying, and documenting the probability of occurrence and impact on the business.
  • Applies standard procedures to enhance security or resilience to system interruptions.
  • Can take immediate action in an incident to limit the business impact and escalate event to higher authority.
  • Consolidate metrics for respective function and conduct and/or facilitate review meetings.
  • Monitors status of risks, and reports status and need for action to senior management.
  • Experience in reviewing Clients Security requirements in Contractual agreement.
  • Experience collaborating with a team of security experts in a diverse set of security topics including, but not limited to, security architecture, regulatory compliance, identity and access management, data loss prevention and privacy.

❖ SKILLS REQUIRED

  •  Qualifications (Desirable) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Desirable 2 + years of relevant Information Security experience in any organization.
  • Professional Certifications – ISO 27001 and 9001 LEAD AUDITOR /Implementer.
  • Strong understanding of security risk management frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, GDPR, Data privacy, Business continuity.
  • IT security certifications such as CISSP/ CISM/ CISA/ CPISI Certified (Optional)
  • 3 years of Information Security / Cybersecurity / Compliance / Audit experience, working with on-prem and cloud-based security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Threat Protection suite, AWS Security Solutions)

BOM and Specification Setup:

• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed specifications for chemicals & polymers.
• Collaborate with CMOs to ensure alignment with their systems and procedures.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing specifications to identify potential gaps or inconsistencies.

Comparability Assessments:

• Evaluate the comparability of different suppliers and grades of chemicals, considering factors such as quality, purity, and performance.
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to assess the impact of potential substitutions or changes.

Specification Method Alignment:

• Work closely with Johnson & Johnson Quality Control (QC) to align specification methods and testing procedures.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Change Control Assessments:

• Evaluate proposed changes to chemical specifications or sourcing and assess their potential impact on product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive change control documentation and facilitate the review and approval process.

Risk Assessments:

• Identify and assess potential risks associated with chemical components, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory changes.
• Develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.

Technical Transfer Support:

• Provide technical support to CMOs during the technology transfer process, addressing questions and resolving issues related to chemical specifications and testing.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Interaction Areas:

• Drug Product Development, supply chain stakeholders, CMOs, Regulatory CMC/LOC, Spec management team, Tech Transfer Team.

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the proper recording of Ensures that records and raw data are properly retained.

  • Developing, churning / converting a healthy Sales Funnel with a Weighted Average Value as per your set target in Solutions & Services.

  • Continually updating all prospects and clients on GVW service development changes, improvements and performance.
  • Effectively attending conferences and events, where applicable.
  • Using market data in maximizing sales effectiveness and efficiency using relevant sales management tools and leveraging GVW’s digital marketing capability.
  • Preparing timely reports for management and maintaining accurate expense accounts.
  • Updating and maintaining customer account records, in GVW CRM in an effective way.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA), sales, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pharma qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10+ years of full-time experience in a relevant role.

Other Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong track record of achievement and ability, setting targets and achieving them timely and ethically.
  • Strong negotiation skills through strategic price and fee structuring, ensuring continuation and enhancement of services for a strong win-win relationship with clients.
  • Highly Preferred Life Science / Pharma Sales & Marketing Background.
  • Proven Digital Marketing experience will be given preference.
  • Must have excellent English communication.
  • Marathi language skills.
