This case concerns a Global Supply Chain group of a big pharma organization, which operates through 15+ manufacturing sites across the globe. The Supply Chain group struggled with on-demand visibility & insights for their products. This increased external and internal risk due to delayed decision making.
Our assignment
Global Value Web was asked to develop a digital ecosystem that speeded up the decision-making process. The ecosystem was developed in 2 phases:
Phase 1: Design, Build and Standardize a central repository, Validation of data, establish data governance, and a Preliminary Dashboard.
Phase 2: Develop a Visibility Dashboard with regular updates of status and insights.
