Key Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Provide detailed technical, process understanding and expertise in support of complex technical investigations, process troubleshooting, technical transfer, scale up, as well as batch manufacturing focused on global product development through commercial launch.
- The individual will be expected to leverage collaboration across multiple groups and competing priorities and should have extensive understanding and experience dealing with large technical group of scientists, engineers, technicians, supply chain and quality professionals, external partners (CRO’s, CDMOs) etc.
- The role serves as the project manager for technology transfer and manufacturing and should be knowledgeable of the documentation necessary for tech transfer of new products, including tech transfer plans, risk assessments, CAPAs, Change Controls, etc.
- Facilitates the RFT risk assessment process by coordinating with subject matter expert.
- Prepare, distribute & present project and portfolio status reports periodically to project team members and management.
- Must be capable of assessing challenges, quick decision making and able to provide technical support to resolve any issues during the manufacturing.
- Requires understanding of scientific principles, operational aspects of production equipment, automation control systems, processing requirements and any related procedural requirements with emphasis on bio therapeutics.
- Able to work in a collaborative environment and must be able to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) to both internal and external stakeholders in different time zones.
- Must be confident, proactive, engaging, manage the workload and able to delegate.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in relevant fields.
- Masters or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical science, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related areas.
- Preferably from Bio-Manufacturing background with Project Management experience.
- Tech transfer experience in adjacent fields like small molecules, specialty chemicals, FMCG etc., can also be considered
- Collaborate with Multiple stakeholders, SMEs, SC, Manufacturing, Tech writers, Scientific Integrators, Regulatory, Etc.,
- Experience in Raw material manufacturing would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide analytical support for the developmental projects/comparative dissolution projects received from other Janssen sites.
- Responsible to be an interface with contract laboratories, suppliers, customers and peers to define and improve project performance and expectations.
- Responsible for to coordinate with CRO and ensure that project complete with in timeline.
- Designs scientific experiments. Actively and personally monitor lab work. Recommends expansion or curtailment of investigations on the basis of experimental results or scientific information.
- Responsible for the preparation of test methods, technical documents, protocols and reports whenever required.
- Is responsible for the proper recording of information. Ensures that records and raw data are properly retained. Summarizes, interprets, reviews data and draws conclusions.
- Analyzing and drawing interpretation out of the dissolution data sets.
- Trouble shooting the problems associated with instruments or methods.
- Performing activities following the GMP/ safety requirements related to the assigned activity.
Key Interaction Areas:
- Drug Product Development, JSC stakeholders, Regulatory CMC/LOC, Spec management team.
Quality & Compliance Responsibilities
- Is responsible for the proper recording of information. Ensures that records and raw data are properly retained.
Position Requirements
- Education & Certifications – M.Sc. or M.Pharm
- Experience – More than 7/8 Years of industrial experience in formulation or Analytical development, dissolution development experience preferred.
- Functional competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Attributes):-
- Multimedia Dissolution testing
- Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines on dissolution studies e.g. FDA-SUPAC and ICH for validations and other emerging market like China, Latin America.

The Sales Team drives the business of GVW and with the assistance of the Sales Support team, also manages the external communication and marketing of the company’s message. The Sales Manager will be responsible to lead the Sales Support team by providing guidance, training and mentorship in its pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Sales & Networking
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, events / conferences / trade show participation and other sales activities
- Contacting potential clients and organize meetings within India – giving professional sales presentations during the meetings
- Developing and managing the local and overseas sales funnels for GVW’s markets and services using CRM
- Providing timely services’ quotes to customers through proposals, as needed, and following up with contracts on proposal acceptance and finalization – ensuring deal closure
- Handling existing client accounts and relationships – working closely with the existing clients and looking for cross selling opportunities to increase sales volume
- Liaising between GVW and the customers for up-to-date pricing, services, and latest product-release launches
- Planning for & renewing existing contracts before expiry
- Marketing Activities
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, proactively researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Using sales management tools and relevant data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency

- Helping shape new business strategies (end-to-end) – participating in sales growth initiatives of the company

Key / Must Have Requirements:
- Should have closed deals with clients, created meaningful partnerships and / or alliances during his/her prior role in Business Development (preferably Sale of Services)
- Strong Research and Deal Origination skills are a must with an Ability to handle end-to-end execution
- Must be persistent, detail and process oriented for leads & closure of deals
- Must be a great team player
- Great Communication Skills
- Should be able to grasp the crux of discussions and issues and propose relevant solutions
- Excellent command over English (spoken and written)
- Should be able to work closely with Technical Leaders to generate their thoughts / services in order to address potential client requirements

- Highly Preferred Life Science / Pharma Sales & Marketing Background
- Proven Digital Marketing experience will be given preference
